Retransmitting a Hazard Product

Purpose:

Provide steps to reissue a Hazard Product if it was not received by customers

Tasks:

Follow these steps if external customers did not receive the warning product
before issuing any subsequent updates

 

Setup

  1. Start Hazard Services with the NPW Settings file on the GFE perspective
  2. Create and issue a Hazard Event 

Retransmit the product

  1. Open the Product Menu from the Console 
  2. Select Resend/Correct Product

     
  3. A menu will appear listing all current valid products available to be resent. Select the one to resend and click Resend Product.
  4. A window will appear with the product and the modified header showing ...RESENT
  5. Click Issue All-->Issue.
