Summary: This jobsheet steps through loading mPING, sampling the icon to identify the report, and zooming in to illustrate the hiding that happens on D2D's progressive disclosure.

  1. Under the Obs menu, click on the mPING submenu and the mPING Plot All menu under the mPING 30 Minute Plots section (Fig. 1, Fig. 2).
  2. In the CAVE toolbar, set the Mag to 2.5 to better see the icon (Fig. 3).
  3. Sample the icons in the display (Fig 4).
  4. Step through the loop and find a time with lots of reports if you have one (Fig 5).
  5. Zoom in and out to show progressive disclosure revealing reports at different zoom levels (Fig. 6).
