Purpose:
This task demonstrates two different methods for positioning the Home cursor location: First by positioning Home in the main display panel, and by using the Put Home Cursor Tool.Tasks:
- Method 1:
- From the Tools menu, select Home.
- Position your cursor over the Home Location label in the product legend and middle-click to make Home editable.
- Position your cursor over the location you want to be the new Home and right-click.
- You can also left-click over the Home location and drag the Home marker to a new Home location.
- Method 2:
- From the Tools menu, select Put home cursor.
- In the Put Home Cursor GUI that appears, choose the radio button for the proper location selection type you wish to use.
- Enter the necessary information for that particular location type in the correct panel of the GUI, then left-click on the Go button.
- Task Complete!
