Position Funding Approval Requests (PFAR) - OCFO/OCAO

In accordance with NOAA guidance, all NWS recruitment personnel requests will require initiation of a Position Funding Approval Request (PFAR) approved by the NWS Deputy Assistant Administrator (DAA) and the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Administrative Officer (CFO/CAO) before submission of the personnel request to WFMO for processing.
