Forecasting Advanced Acquisition Planning System (FAAPS)
What is FAAPS?
The web-based planning system, available at https://faaps.commerce.gov/, is mandated by the Department of Commerce for development of acquisition plans and forecasts of business opportunities made available to the public. It is for actions over $150,000.00 only. See the Commerce Acquisition Manual (1307.1 Acquisition Planning) and the current NOAA Acquisition Planning Memorandum for further information.
