I was able to successfully add our new GSA leased vehicle and now I want to retire the old GSA leased vehicle. How do I do this?
Log into Sunflower select CD 50/52 Transaction Menu, then click on Request Retirement of an asset, on the event type select "Lease Terminated", complete the other boxes that pop up. If you do not have shipping cost or additional cost put 0.00. Scroll down to Manually List Assets under Interest Type use the drop down and select Agreement Asset and type in the barcode. Under Actions click SAVE
