Management - OCFO/OCAO

The CFO2 Management Team Oversees high level administrative and documented procedures. Including:

• Program Management - Performs the administrative roles involved in the management of policies, procedures, and processes documented in internal instructions for NWS. The buttons below include the areas encompassed by Program Management.

• Reorganization - The establishment, reassignment, or abolishment of organizational units resulting from the acquisition, restructuring, discontinuance, or abolishment of functions, or from the movement of functions between organizational elements which result in a substantial change in the nature of the work performed by an organization and/or its assigned positions.
• Performance Management (GS) - Process by which managers and employees work together to plan, monitor and review an employee’s work objectives and overall contribution to the organization.

• NWS Awards - Administers the process of which awards are submitted and given to NWS employees for their exceptional excellence.
