47th NOAA Climate Diagnostics and Prediction Workshop Digest

SOLICITATION

NOAA’s NWS Office of Science and Technology Integration (OSTI) and Climate Prediction Center (CPC) invite oral and poster presenters from the 47th Climate Diagnostics and Prediction Workshop (CDPW) to submit extended abstracts for inclusion in the 47th NOAA Climate Diagnostics and Prediction Workshop Digest. 

The CDPW Digest has been published since 2008, and is a continuation of the previous workshop proceedings (1976-2000), printed by the Department of Commerce (DOC). Digests are archived in the NOAA Institutional Repository - a digital library of scientific literature and research - ensuring its preservation and accessibility for all.

Submission Guidelines

1. Please confirm your intent to participate by responding to your email invitation to participate.
2. Once received, you will be granted access to the CDPW Digest VLab Community Site, where submission guidelines and document uploads are managed. 
3. Deadline: 30 April 2023

Formatting Guidelines 

• File format: MS Word (.docx)
• Length: 1-4 pages of text with key figures
• Figures: High quality for print (300ppi). 
• Captions to include all relevant source, citation, and/or credit line information.
• Data and Code: Data and Code availability statement and/or data citation(s)
• Sections:

2. Author(s): Name(s), Affiliation(s)/Location(s) and Email Address(es)

3. Introduction 

4. Data and Methods

5. Analysis 

6. Conclusion

7. Data Availability Statement
