Stakeholder Products Based on GEFS Reforecasts and Real-Time Forecasts
The following is a running compilation of stakeholder products that use the output from the GEFS reforecasts and real-time forecasts produced by NCEP centers and OAR labs. Regular and continuous correspondence with the GEFS stakeholders will provide the Weeks 3-4 Program with crucial insight and feedback on how GEFS reforecast and real-time forecast data are employed to develop real-time or experimental forecast applications across multiple sectors and disciplines. The stakeholder feedback will guide the Weeks 3-4 Program in identifying the deficiencies and gaps in the current modeling system and benefits and influences from model upgrades.
