Ethan Jessup is a graduate of Whittier College, in California where he majored in History. Prior to the National Weather Service, he was a Supply and Fiscal Officer in the United States Marine Corps where he deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.
