NWS Eastern Region is one of the six regions which makes up the National Weather Service. Eastern Region consists of 23 Weather Forecast Offices, 3 River Forecast Centers, and 4 Center Weather Service Units. Inside of Eastern Region Headquarters there is the Regional Directors Office, Regional Operations Center, Scientific Services Division, Meteorological Services Division, Hydrological Services Division, Administrative Division, and the Systems Operations Division.
