Male selectivity

It would be nice to have some additional choices for the male selectivity.  The dogleg is not flexible enough and the other approach is offsets. The model would probably be more stable if the male selectivity was a completely sperate curve with an added apical selectivity. The current version does not have a offset for the minimum selectivity, which you could argue makes sense because juveniles may have the same size and behavior for many species, but some may not and the apical selectivity might be beyond the age at maturity. There probably should be a parameter offset switch so it can either be a separate parameter or an offset from the females. Perhaps this should be for each parameter rather than a general switch.

I would also be interested in exploring some more flexible options for male selectivity.  The challenge is likely to be keeping the whole parameterization differentiable when one sex is not constrained to be necessarily equal to or less than the other at apical selectivity, and when the apex isn't necessarily the same age/length.  Does anyone have ideas or solutions for this?
