The video to the right is hosted on YouTube, on the National Weather Service channel.  It is used purely as an example of how to embed a video in VLab, and it, and its creators, are not affiliated with VLab in any way.

 

What is Video Content?

In VLab, Video Content refers to how to  present videos in a community when VLab does not allow for the upload of the large video files themselves (due to file size restrictions).

What is it good for?

Various communities in VLab may have things like instructional videos or scientific videos that have been used in other web locations.  If a community ever has a need to present a video, using the method showcased here will do the trick.

How Do I Use It?

In  order to present a video in a VLab community, you will need to host the video on YouTube (ex: the NWS YouTube Channel).  Guidance regarding how to present that YouTube video in VLab can be found here.
