Communication: Feedback and Suggestions

What is Feedback & Suggestions?

A Feedback or Suggestions interface allows for the user base to communicate directly to the community administration, for things like requests, bug identification, and content validity issues, etc.  Liferay does not provide such a portlet directly, but there are alternatives that are well suited to such a function.

What is it good for?

Providing a Feedback and/or Suggestions interface in your community can enhance the membership activity level and thus the health of the community overall, but may be more well-suited for communities that have larger memberships and/or more content (on which the user base may comment).
