AWIPS 23.4.2 available for download

Greetings AWIPS Fans!

The public version of AWIPS 23.4.2 is now available.  The binaries and ADE/source are all available from the usual download portal.

A couple of notes/reminders about this release:

- 23.4.2 has superseded 23.4.1 and is compatible with both RHEL8 and Java 17

- Windows Thin Client for AWIPS is no longer available/supported

- Release-specific documentation is expected to be available by the end of April 2025
