I find reference to a "AWIPS Users Manual", which is said to be found in UM_16.2.2_SourceFiles.tgz.  The closest file I can find is UM Source Files.zip.  Unzipped, the closest thing to an index page seems to be HOME.htm.  However, that file is only for AWIPS CAVE-D2D Online User’s Manual.  Is that the closest there is to an AWIPS Users Manual?  D2D is only one of the perspectives in CAVE, others being GFE, Hydro, etc.  Is there such thing as an AWIPS Users Manual, or just a CAVE-D2D User's Manual?
