Finally I have the 23.4.1 beta version downloaded, but somehow on the localization pop up I see that: localhost 127.0.0.1 refused to connect once it came it http://localhost:9581/services. Could there be a solution for this, or does anyone in here know how to fix this. Until the NWS deploys the next release
