I had downloaded the OB21.4.1-PUB from https://tgftp.nws.noaa.gov/SL.us008001/CU.AWIPS/BK.SCode/ and I'm using the AWIPS Software Installation Note 118 but i don't know where the instructions are. is there a possible way i can do it? Thanks.
