Warm eddies with SST and SSH anomalies

I will be using NOAA Coral Reef Watch Operational Daily Near-Real-Time SST Anomaly (Dataset ID: NOAA_DHW) and Sea Surface Height Anomalies, Altimetry (Dataset ID: noaacwBLENDEDSQsshDaily) to look at warm eddies in the Northwest Atlantic.

Hi Rachel -

You might want to also look at the Eddy dataset available from AVISO. It provides trajectories and other information (speed, diameter, type) for all eddies within the altimetry era.  Its not on ERDDAP and you have to register with AVISO to get the data but it might be useful for your project.
