Ellie Brauer - Course Project

I am interested in exploring the relationship between Chlorophyll, SST and growth hormone levels in rockfish populations from the Central Coast of California.

SST: MUR SST, unlikely that SST varies significantly between sample locations so temporal resolution is more important. Gap filled reduces missing data.

Ocean Color: NOAA VIIRS 750 spatial resolution 8 day composite, Possible that Chl A will vary significantly between sampling locations so high spatial resolution is important. 8 day composite will reduce data gaps vs. daily.
