Hi Warren, That interface is the Weather In Context (WIC) provided by WPC. I can't say why SJC isn't included in the dropdown of stations on their site. We integrated the WIC functionality into WSUP. You can access the same data by clicking the thermometer icon on the right menu. Hope this helps!
