Bug Fixes:
-
Map Display:
-
Migrated imagery from a memory-based cache to a disk-based cache, resulting in a more stable user experience.
-
The very lowest values now display for NBM QPF and snow amount elements. Snow values greater than 63” are no longer transparent.
-
The progress spinning wheel no longer appears when the map display is zoomed out too far to meet the contours reveal value.
-
In the pull-out menu that shows projection hours, any hour with an element image that fails to load is now grayed out and not selectable. This failure no longer counts as progress in the corresponding day span of the forecast slider.
-
When generating screen captures using Chrome in Chrome OS, erroneous dashes are no longer inserted after hyphens in the legend.

Known Issues:

Point Vis:
-
1D:
-
Forecast selection menus on 1D (and Point Vis) do not update available model cycle times without manually refreshing the page.
-
Only predefined points have observed data. We will look at including RTMA observations for grid points in a future release.
-
There is currently no way to save custom points for future use other than to bookmark the URL.
