Dashboard", by David Bright from the Weather Prediction Center's
Development and Training Branch.

The Urban Rain Rate Dashboard
Emphasis is on the high-impact, short-term urban flood, using a
probabilistic approach and predominantly high-resolution (convection
allowing) ensembles. The URRD incorporates the probability of
exceeding NOAA’s Atlas 14 Average Recurrence Intervals (ARIs)
thresholds and also of exceeding set precipitation thresholds.
