F retrospective

Hello,

I have one question. When I do the retrospective of my assessment and the associated plots I have noticed that the plot with the F retrospective never shows the last year F.

Is it normal? Is there a way to get SS to plot it?

Best,

Ale

Hi Ale - Try running the plotting command with explicit input for the years (endyrvec) like this:

modelnames <- c("Base Model", "Retro -1", "Retro -2", "Retro -3", "Retro -4", "Retro -5")
mysummary <- SSsummarize(list(base, retro1, retro2, retro3, retro4, retro5))
SSplotComparisons(mysummary, endyrvec = rev(2014:2019), legendlabels = modelnames)

Or with whatever final model year matches each of your retrospective runs. Let me know if this solves the problem.

It would be easier for users if the SSplotComparison could determine the final model year internally and plot that by default.  I will look and see if this can be improved in the function.
