Hello all!
In my model, all the discards I have entered are dead discards and
used discard option = 2 in the Selectivity and Discard section in the
control file, which does not require additional discard mortality
parameters as all discarded fish are assumed dead with this option.
Also, this option reads four retention parameters (logistic). I would
like to explore dome-shaped retention (discard option = 4) and this
option requires four discard mortality parameters. At what values
should I set these parameters to assume 100% discard mortality?
