More updates: The install into AWIPS II has been hampered by a series of Critical Weather Days. So it did not happen on 8 December, nor of 10 December. The lastest update for when NCC DNB data from Suomi NPP starting flowing the AWIPS II is 14 December 2015 (1500 UTC). So the first scene should be over the East Coast.
