ModelCertainty Training can be found in the NOAA CLC by searching for "model certainty".  Request that training from your SOO or local training officer.  There are a few great modules on this topic.  Additionally, at this link is a video of Central Region Blue Sky training where ModelCertainty was a topic.  Unfortunately it is too large to host on VLab so you'll have to view from Google Drive.
