I noticed this morning (July 1, 2018 mid shift) that my Day 4
PoTThunder grid had zero for all of Day 4 day period (12z-00z) when
the available guidance (just MOSGuide at that time range) had much
higher probabilities. I've attached a screenshot showing what the tool
gave me (white numbers) versus what MOSGuide had (brownish color
numbers/lines). I was able to catch this and fix it, but just wanted
to report this as it seems like a bug. I would expect PoTThunder to
equal the MOSGuide grid for this time range, and it does match up fine
from Day 4 night period onward. (At this time range, when I ran the
tool (around 6:30z) there is no SREF data available; the 21z SREF is
the latest available.)
I do seem to get an error when running this tool - a "Java
expected grid of type (float32, native endian, C ordered) but Python
returned (int64, native endian, C ordered)" error.
