Error from WindGust

An office in WR is having the problem that if they are populating long lead times they get an error because data is not available. I believe this is the "band-aid" applied to WindGust. The "band-aid" tries to use the model time ranges to get data in the Fcst database. There is no check to make sure data is in the Fcst database so an error is raised if there is no data. Is the purpose of the "band-aid" for SuperBlend and not intended for NBM? I wanted to switch it to using NBM WindGust values, but wasn't sure if they were not being used intentionally as well.

Thanks.

Mark, I believe that Andy Just has fixed this and made the patch available to WR (all) offices. Let us know if that is not the case and we will reopen this issue. Thanks for pointing out this undesirable behavior.

Thanks,

Mark,

Actually I just uploaded the code now to not allow the WindGust bandaid to apply when using NBM as the common starting point source.

If you svn update from the CrGfeTools trunk directory and run the ForecastBuilder install, you'll get the update.
