Dave, in my experience (not hard verification), CONSAll winds are too weak over marine areas in general, and especially in higher-end events, because of the inclusion of MOS guidance that is often too weak over marine areas. I haven't had the chance to do a lot of NBMEXP evaluation with stronger winds, but we do have it coming in and it seems to be an improvement over SuperBlend, but perhaps not as good as CONSRaw. Also, I've noticed some whacky wind directions with NBMEXP (dramatic wind direction differences across small areas) that hopefully will get fixed prior to us switching over.
