I work for the Alaska Fisheries Information Network (AKFIN) and work closely with Alaska Fisheries Science Center researchers, especially Jordan Watson. AKFIN hosts confidential fisheries dependent data, and I am interested in linking these data with satellite environmental data. We also wish to aggregate satellite data to custom boundaries to produce monitoring products in near real time (e.g. https://shinyfin.psmfc.org/ak-sst-mhw/). We have already ingested SST data into AKFIN and I hope to expand to chla, wind, and other datasets.
