Check that you have Java 9+ installed by going to the command prompt window and typing java -version

You should see Java9+ listed.

If you need to install Java you will need administrator privileges. You can install Java a number of ways. Here are two options that have worked for us:

Download from oracle: This is to Java 11 which worked on a windows 10 machine, other versions are available as well

Open jdk: https://jdk.java.net/17/
