Changing from Kelvin to Degrees Celsius?

Morning guys, 

 

I can't figure out how to get degrees celcius on my map, it only displays kelvin?

 

Any suggestions?

This dataset is in Kelvin, and ERDDAP doesn't give you the option to switch units. You can download data and open it in panoply or R and change the unit there though. The ERDDAP webpage is a bit more limited for graphs.
