Issue with 19.3.1 binaries

Greetings -- It's been brought to my attention that the .tgz file containing the AWIPS 19.3.1 binaries doesn't contain any binaries (rpms) newer than version 19.2.5.

Due to the state of Maryland's "Stay At Home" proclamation, I am currently unable to travel into work to correct this issue.  I will attempt to fix it remotely, however it will take some time if it's possible at all.

The source code provided with the ADE *is* 19.3.1, and can be used to create the binaries for a 19.3.1 install.  That is the workaround at this time.

I'll provide an update by next week.  Apologies for the inconvenience.

Is there also any chance we'll have a working edex? The Unidata one still doesn't seem to like this version.

outdated grid files

The grid config files in /awips2/edex/data/utility/common_static/base are very old. Changes to the FV3/ARW from NMM etc in 2021 are not relected in them. Possible to post more up to date ones...
