RE: any Linux based Working systems.

The beta of 24.4.1 is designed for RHEL 8 and will work on Rocky 8 as well, at least per the documentation. Getting the NOAA version installed though is an issue as the Unidata script is not designed for use on the downloaded RPMs. I've been working on modifying the script but so far no luck.

Can we use any documentation instead of waiting, that's a good solution but can we  use the documentation eg: docs 20.3.2

I've been using the documentation on the Unidata site as they are the primary developers, https://unidata.github.io/awips2/install/install-edex-beta-v23/, and I have yet to find the NOAA docs.

The installation script doesn't work without modifying it for a local repository, which you have to create, but the RPMs themselves seem to have issues with no /awips2/edex/bin/edex script, LDM not part of the awips2-standalone yum/dnf group, and the LDM RPM installs in /usr/local for some reason instead of /awips2.

I think you should stick with the 21.4.1 try using the ADE associated one from the https://tgftp.nws.noaa.gov/SL.us008001/CU.AWIPS/BK.SCode/. Because there no installation support for beta 23.4.1
