The Chrome Adobe Acrobat extension has been causing the WSUP Viewer to freeze. To avoid this issue, we recommend disabling the extension by entering "chrome://extensions/" into the address bar, toggle the slider in the Adobe Acrobat extension box, and restart Chrome.
