Do Certain Report Types Not Append Metadata?

We're working on a PNS for our cold wind chills today, and then for recent snow. We noticed that even with the option on that the wind chill PNS did not append the metadata, but creating snow reports would. Would there be a reason for that, or is it a bug?

Hi Robert,

There is no metadata element type for wind chill. Those are primarily limited to the precipitation type elements.
