SHEF encode as an RRM message - Button

I was curious if there is a way to have the "SHEF encode as an RRM message" defaulted (checked) on for certain types of reports.  Specifically snow reports.  I wasn't aware of a way to do that, but thought I would check.

No, there isn't a default option for that outside of SR/ER.
