IDP IRIS/iNWS failover between sites (BLDR to CP)

Dear IRIS/iNWS users,

We plan to perform a site failover from Boulder to College Park today at 1400 UTC.
During this failover the IRIS web site will be unavailable for up to 15 minutes.
Watches and warnings delivered via iNWS texts and emails will be delayed by roughly 5 minutes.
We will notify users once the failover is complete.
