Dear IRIS/iNWS/HazCollect Extended users,

We plan to perform a site failover from Boulder to College Park today at 1700 UTC.
During this failover the IRIS web site will be unavailable for up to 15 minutes. 
Watches and warnings delivered via iNWS texts and emails and via CAP messages 
to FEMA’s Wireless Emergency Alert system will be delayed by roughly 5 minutes. 
We will notify users once the failover is complete.
