MinT grids and time defintions

ForecastBuilder uses the GFE defined times to determine which grids to edit.  When the day 4-7 grids are populated twice daily by the cron, the day 3 nigh MinT are also populated since part of the grid is in day 4.  This is not really that big of an issue for days 4-7, but what about when day 2 to 7 are populated?  The current setup would also populate the MinT grid for day 1 when populating days 2-7.  I believe this MinT grid should not be automatically overwritten by the procedure.

On a day shift, that MinT grid for Day 3 night is populated since it is considered part of the day 4-7 period.  When we switch to the policy of period 2 - Day 7, on a day shift the tonight period will not be populated on the cron.  On a night shift, period 2 is considered tonight, so that MinT grid for Tonight would be populated.
