Expanded URMA for RTMA 2.7!

Just wanted to share some exciting examples of URMA 2.7 QPE.   We plan to harness this larger domain in NBM v3.2 QPF post-processing and just wanted to say THANK YOU to the EMC RTMA folks like Ying Lin that did a great job with it.

Thanks very much for kind words Jeff!  We're very happy to see that these upgrades in the URMA QPE have a positive influence on the NBM!
