We've been having some significant issues with the Clarksdale, MS
(CKM), observation the past month or so. The dewpoint is essentially
matching the temperature throughout much of the observation period,
especially during the day. This results in afternoon dewpoints in the
lower 90s. While this data is being kicked out of URMA by 1900 UTC, it
is making it into the system through 1800 UTC and causing some bias
issues and significant heat indices.
I'm relatively new in the SOO role and haven't had to deal with this
before, but is there still a blacklist for ingesting observations into
URMA? I've attached the 1800 UTC QC documentation from yesterday and a
screenshot of today's dewpoints at 1500 UTC.
