All NBMv4.1 PTYPEs viewed at once option? - Forums - Whole Story Uncertainty & Probabilities Viewer

Hi Jack,

Currently we only show one PType at a time. This is mostly to reduce confusion where there are multiple PTypes in the same location. We do, however, have all of the PTypes available in the second slider so you can quickly move between them. We haven't yet discussed an option allowing all PTypes to be on simultaneously. Do you have an example of an image Andy showed for our reference? 

The Big Data Viewer points to the NODD data bucket which is currently only populated with the Operational NBM. You're correct that when NBM 4.1 becomes operational, this data will become NBM 4.1. Some adjustments will need to be made to add the new NBM 4.1 elements into this page.

WSUP does also offer the "Wx" variable if you're interested in that.

In trying to view the equivalent in WSUP, I think I'm seeing one can only view one PTYPE type at a time.  Might there be a way to allow for viewing more than one type (maybe up to all 4) at a time, to allow for some ability to get a broader overview across the possible types?  I think Andy may have shown a 4-panel as part of his slides, so that's one way one can view multiple at a time, but I'm not sure there are any 4-panel display options out there, in WSUP or Big Data Archive Viewer, or is there?

 

If there is something out there, and I'm forgetting in which viewer, please do share where?
