Problem exporting contacts to ESRI shapefiles

While trying to export all of our spotters into ESRI shapefiles this morning, I received the following error message:

 

Initializing... zip warning: name not matched: RLX_contact.shp zip error: Nothing to do! (try: zip -r RLX_contact.zip . -i RLX_contact.shp) zip warning: name not matched: RLX_contact.shx zip error: Nothing to do! (try: zip -r RLX_contact.zip . -i RLX_contact.shx) zip warning: name not matched: RLX_contact.prj zip error: Nothing to do! (try: zip -r RLX_contact.zip . -i RLX_contact.prj) zip warning: name not matched: RLX_contact.dbf zip error: Nothing to do! (try: zip -r RLX_contact.zip . -i RLX_contact.dbf)
Unable to read file: /var/www/iris/exports/rlx_contact/RLX_contact.zip.

Hi Tony,

I'm seeing the same. Investigating it now. We have not made any changes in that code, so it may be an infrastructure issue. I'll know more soon.
