Hourly PoP as a configurable item

Opinions seem to be mixed about hourly PoP grids in the short-term for obvious reasons. Would it be possible to make this a configurable item? If set to False, it would just use the PoP6 grids that it initially populates with (from the NBM or SuperBlend).

Matt - just wanted you to know that this has been included in the latest release issued last week. Set HourlyNBMQPF to True in the ForecastBuilderConfig file.

Be aware that if you do use hourly QPF and your neighbors do not, in can create some issues for your neighbors in viewing the QPF in ISC. Offices in Eastern Region somewhat get around this by having QPF6hr, SnowAmt6hr and IceAccum6hr grids. However, this does not work for offices neighboring them in CR/SR.
