Just wondering if this document is fully up to date? I want to have a better understanding of how some of the PoT tools are working.

Hey Paul,

As a user, this document looks up-to-date to me. The broad methodology of PoWT has not changed in many years, though there have been adjustments to the top-down method calculations for precip type over time. There are brief guides/cheatsheets in the Google Drive Folder linked to from the main FB Vlab home page: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B4pzkFjB71qhT21vZ0NzTkI2Unc These guides help explain more, but much of the "meat" of what you're looking for is contained within training videos found on the CLC training plan. Note, though, that there have been some changes since those videos were made. The best change log is this spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qh8cRIKTyd7nJMM4o9KYdTT2AZ5AnbxNWSLUJzm9li0/edit#gid=1077851462

Hope that helps!
