Use Custom (GFE) Time Range Option on analyze/adjust

We have added some buttons to the Analyze/Adjust step... and I've noticed that if you select the Use Custom (GFE) Time Range option when you run the added tool... it doesn't apply. I'm wondering if this is typical behavior or if there is a setting that I've missed. I haven't tried the Edit Area Option yet - so I don't know if that's behaving similarly.

It appears that those checkboxes only apply to SnowLevel. We're not a snow level site here, so the checkboxes don't even appear in the Analyze / Adjust section.
