Issue with Fire Wx step

Hello,

I’ve been trying to configure FB for use at our office (BRO), but have hit a snag with Fire Weather. When I try to execute anything in that step, nothing happens (no grids populate, no option to move on to the Publish step appears)…

I believe I’ve successfully turned on Fire Wx and added the one ONE option I really need, which is 20-ft. winds.

Has anyone else come across something like this, or any ideas on a fix?

Josh,

Sorry for the late reply on this. Can you send your ForecastBuilderConfig to nws.forecastbuilder@noaa.gov? Also, you can open CAVE with in a terminal window with better error logging. Do do so, open a terminal and type:

/awips2/cave/cave.sh -noredirect

Then run the the fire weather step and pass along any error messages you're seeing in the terminal window.
